Kale and blueberry are some powerful foods. They’re also two of my favorites, so this Kale Blueberry Smoothie recipe from Homestead Mania caught my eye in last week’s link up. It’s super easy and on plan for Trim Healthy Mamas. You could also add a scoop of plan-approved whey protein powder to beef up the protein. A Kale Blueberry Smoothie is a great way to start your day!
