FP Version has 4.5 g fat, 5.75 g carbs and 15.75 g protein (based on 2% cottage cheese)
S Version will have more fat of course, depending on what you add, such as a full tablespoon of coconut oil (14 g fat) or MCT oil (12 g fat)
