Creamy Low Carb Sriracha Egg Salad

  1. Peel and chop hard boiled egg (I highly recommend an egg slicer for this job!) and place into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, Sriracha sauce, onion powder, curry powder and salt and pepper and mix well.
