1. Cream together butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt using a fork, hand mixer, or food processor.

3. Add almond milk, if desired, to reach desired consistency.

4. Fold in chopped peanuts.

5. Form into balls then press with a fork to make a crisscross pattern or just enjoy as dough.
