– chopped apples, skin on – lemon juice – low fat cottage cheese – fat free Greek yogurt – THM Super Sweet, or desired sweetener to taste – THM Pressed Peanut Flour – pure vanilla extract – high mineral salt

1. Core and chop the apples into bite sized pieces and place into a mixing bowl.
