1. Preheat oven to 425 (if using a stoneware baking sheet, put it in the oven to preheat too).

2.  In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon herbes de provence (or other seasoning) and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

3. Add broccoli florets and stir to coat well.

4. Coat chicken tenders with remaining oil, seasoning, and salt.

5.  Lay chicken tenders evenly spaced on baking sheet, then spread the broccoli around the chicken.

6.  Use a spatula to scrape out any remaining oil and seasoning onto the chicken and broccoli.

7.  Bake for 22 minutes or until chicken tenders reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
