– 1 can yellowfin tuna in extra virgin olive oil (OR tuna in water and add 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil) – 2 medium baby zucchini, chopped – 2 tablespoons red onion, diced – 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped – 1/4 cup sliced black olives – 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (bottled is OK too) – 1 to 2 cloves fresh garlic, pressed or minced – 1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano – 1 teaspoon chopped fresh marjoram – Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients
