– yellowfin tuna in extra virgin olive oil (OR tuna in water and add 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil)
– baby zucchini, chopped
– red onion, diced
– red bell pepper, chopped
– sliced black olives
– fresh lemon juice (bottled is OK too)
– cloves fresh garlic, pressed or minced
– chopped fresh oregano
– chopped fresh marjoram
– Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
