▢ cashew milk or other non-dairy milk of choice ▢ water (or use all water if desired) ▢ frozen blueberries ▢ frozen okra ▢ mini avocado ▢ plant-based protein powder (or protein powder of choice if desired) ▢ raw cacao powder ▢ THM Baobab Boost powder (see notes) ▢ THM Dynamic Duo Greens Powder ▢ THM Whole Husk Psyllium Flakes ▢ cinnamon (optional) ▢ Camu Camu powder ▢ pure vanilla extract ▢ THM Pure Stevia Extract (or sweetener of choice to desired taste) ▢ high mineral salt

1. Add all ingredients to your blender jar and blend until smooth and creamy. I usually let it blend about 1 minute.
