– 1/2 cup almond milk – 1/2 cup water – 2 tablespoons THM Pressed Peanut Flour (or no-sugar added peanut butter for an S) – 1/4 teaspoon gluccie (glucomannan powder) - OPTIONAL but recommended – 1/8 teaspoon THM Simply Sunflower Lecithin - OPTIONAL – 1/8 teaspoon high mineral salt – 3 doonks THM Pure Stevia Extract or 2 teaspoons granulated stevia or to taste – 1 scoop Integral Collagen (for dairy free) or Pristine Whey Powder - OPTIONAL – 1 to 3 teaspoons MCT oil - OPTIONAL – 1 cup frozen strawberries or other berries (1/2 cup blueberries)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Put the ingredients in the blender in the order given, except for the whey protein, if using.
