– natural peanut butter, smooth or chunky (no sugar, molasses, etc.) – whole chia seeds (any type), more or less as desired – ground flax seeds (any type), more or less as desired – refined coconut oil, butter, or red palm oil (optional) – high mineral salt, Visit Oh Sweet Mercy to get Instructions for Small batch and Whole jar Options!
