– 1 cup blueberries, frozen – 1/2 small banana (1/4 cup or so of slices) – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk – 1 tablespoon to 1 scoop THM Pristine Whey Protein or other on plan whey protein powder – 1 tablespoon THM Integral Collagen (or omit whey and use all collagen) – 1 teaspoon THM Dynamic Duo Greens Powder – 1 teaspoon THM Baobab Boost Powder – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon MCT oil, optional – 2 "doonks" (a 1/32 tsp measure) high mineral salt – Sweetener, to taste if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add all ingredients to a blender jar.
