▢ 1/2 cup almond milk ▢ 1/3 to 1/2 cup frozen blueberries ▢ 1 teaspoon THM Baking Blend ▢ 2 tablespoons sugar free maple flavored syrup (see notes) ▢ 2 pinches high mineral salt ▢ 1/4 teaspoon THM Glucomannan Powder ▢ 1 teaspoon low-carb brown sugar ▢ 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (or more if desired) ▢ added protein of choice (see notes) ▢ 6 ice cubes
