Welcome to my YouTube debut! And I showed up in my pj’s and glasses looking like I just rolled out of bed. Because I did.
I can’t say I really like mornings, but I do like the quiet and the dark before the rest of the house and the sun get up. Still, I wish mornings didn’t come so early in the day. I would probably like them more if they were after noon.
When I found out I had low levels of vitamin D, I decided to journal my progress over the twelve-week course of taking megadoses of vitamin D. Don’t worry, I won’t flood your inbox with new posts every day – I’m uploading a video once a week to YouTube. I’ll be sharing other information about vitamin D and how it impacts the various systems in our bodies, too.
The plan is to start showing up for my YouTube shoots dressed and ready with my contacts in, but that means the vitamin D has got some serious I’m-Not-A-Morning-Person-ness to overcome. I guess it will be a smashing success if, by the end of the 12 weeks, I’m up at 0’dark thirty all bright eyed and bushy tailed. That would make vitamin D a superhero. Or, a miracle worker!
