Are THM and Keto Compatible?
Absolutely! Most keto recipes fall under one of the THM S categories (all are low carb):
- Light S – a bit more than 1 teaspoon of fat
- Regular ole S meals – generous amount of fat in any form
- Heavy S – all the fat, in particular cheese, nuts, heavy cream, and cream cheese
- Deep S – just pure fats, proteins, and ultra low veggies (no dairy, nuts, berries, grains)
As always, when considering a keto recipe check the ingredients carefully against plan guidelines. Substitute with an on-plan alternative if needed.
The great news with this cookbook is you don’t need to worry about whether or not Maya’s tasty recipes are on plan!

One recipe that’s sounds terrific is BAKED ITALIAN STUFFED ARTICHOKES RECIPE WITH SAUSAGE. I love artichokes and miss my Mom’s stuffed artichokes. These sound heavenly!
