I was afraid they’d get monstrously big in the oven, but they didn’t. They were light and fluffy, overall, I’m very happy with these. I just need to figure out a way to make them round!
HOMEMADE HAMBURGER BUNS (BREAD MACHINE)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/4 c milk, slightly warmed
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tb butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 3/4 c bread flour
- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
