- 1 1/4 c milk, slightly warmed
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 Tb butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 3/4 c bread flour
- 1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
Dawn is the boss here at Oh Sweet Mercy. She's also the writer, editor, photographer, graphics creator, recipe developer, secretary, and doer of all the things. Except the dishes most of the time. Thankfully that is outsourced to her two capable children.
She also is a contributing author/recipe developer/photographer for Wildly Organic and Traditional Cooking School where she gets to do the fun parts - creating lovely food, photographing it, and explaining how to make it - without all the administrative duties that come with running a blog.
