I want to see you succeed in 2019 so I’ve created this free printable habit tracker to help you build good trim & healthy habits for Trim Healthy Mama success!
Can you believe a new year is just days away? I’m not quite sure where 2018 went but 2019 is coming regardless. Upon reflecting over this past year my mind turned often to habits.
Habits are what we make of them! Unfortunately, bad habits form too easily and good habits, sometimes, form kicking and screaming the whole way.
Either way, to see success on the Trim Healthy Mama Plan some good habits are necessary! I’ve chosen 12 to focus on over the course of the coming year. If you’re reading this in the middle of 2019 (or any other year) this free printable habit tracker is still relevant! It’s undated so you can start working on building good habits any day of the year.
We’re going to focus on establishing GOOD habits this year. Hopefully those will replace any bad habits you may be struggling with. Some of the habits we’ll focus on will be helpful in other areas of your life, too.
The Key To Building Good Habits Is Consistency.
They say it takes 21 days to establish a habit, did you know that? Each Habit Focus page of this free printable habit tracker has a 31-day check off space so you can keep track of your progress. That’s 10 days beyond what is needed. Ideally you’re talking 21 consecutive days so this gives a little of that THM-style grace because life happens sometimes.
Building Good Habits Also Needs Encouragement.
Getting healthy isn’t always easy. Sometimes we need some encouragement along the way. I’ve included some words of encouragement as well as tips to help you with each new habit.
While I have them in an order I feel is helpful, you can easily move habits around, after printing them out, to suit your needs. I do highly suggest starting with the first one, no matter if you’re new to THM or a seasoned veteran.
